More recently, Paul worked at Ferris State University as the marketing specialist for Auxiliary Enterprises for three years before landing at Hope College. Freelancing occasionally, Paul enjoys pushing the limits of design and trying new things on a regular basis.
Awards and recognition
Paul has presented at numerous conferences and events during his tenure in Housing and Residence Life. He enjoys presenting on leadership, risk management, Greek Life and personality traits.
Why I love Hope
Paul loves Hope because of the unique opportunities and challenges to further his design and marketing skills. He feels that Hope students and the larger community are wonderfully different than any other institution of higher education and things here are always positive and happy. He’s never met an unhappy person at Hope College.
Outside the college
Paul enjoys spending time outside and being active through sports, working out and participating in runs like the Warrior Dash and Tough Mudder. Paul also enjoys cooking and was probably a world-class chef in another lifetime.
If you asked him to describe himself in one quote, it would be: "I tried to be normal once. It was the worst two minutes of my life."
