The Ron Jones Quartet will present a
joint concert/clinic at Hope College on Friday, Oct. 27, at
3 p.m. in Wichers Auditorium of Nykerk Hall of Music.

The public is invited. Admission is free.

Featuring the alto and soprano saxophone of Ron
Jones, the quartet also includes James Williams on piano,
Tyrone Wheeler on bass, and Terry O'Mahoney on drums.

Jones graduated from Florida A & M University, and
has recorded two albums with the Florida A & M Symphonic
Orchestra as well as the highly acclaimed "A Vision of
Beauty." He has appeared with jazz greats such as Branford
and Wynton Marsalis, Harry Pickens, Pat and Joe Labarbra,
Eric Reed and Jimmy Raney.

Nykerk Hall of Music is located in the middle of
the Hope campus along the former 12th Street between College
