The Hope College Concert Series will present a night of music and dance with JTronic and The Bangups at Lemonjello's on Saturday, April 2, from 11 p.m. until 1:30 a.m.

The public is invited.  Admission is free.

The Bangups, currently touring in California and other Southwestern states, will open the night with their driving, bluesy, punk-rock tone. The duo, compromised of guitar/vocals and drums, is based out of Grand Rapids and has become known for dynamic and energetic live performances. The Bangups' sound is often set alongside bands like The White Stripes.

JTronic, a top Grand Rapids DJ, will keep the show going with his extended set beginning at midnight. Drawing from a variety of electronic music styles, JTronic's music conveys the great energy found in the underground dance scene. JTronic has performed across the U.S.A., Canada, and Spain.

The event will include an open floor for dancing as well as a raffle featuring T-shirts, CDs and tickets for the April 11 Hope College Concert Series event featuring Ra Ra Riot.

Lemonjello's is located in downtown Holland at 61 E. Ninth St., on Ninth Street at College Avenue.
