Athletics
As a member of the MIAA and NCAA Division III associations, Hope College sponsors 22 varsity sports for men and women. The college is home to the 2022 NCAA Division III National Championship women’s basketball team.

The NCAA Division III Men’s Golf Committee has announced the teams, including Hope's Flying Dutchmen, to participate in the 2012 Division III Men’s Golf Championships.

The NCAA Division III Men’s Golf Committee has announced the teams, including Hope's Flying Dutchmen, to participate in the 2012 Division III Men’s Golf Championships.

The championships will be held May 15-18, at the Mission Inn Resort, in Howey-in-the-Hills, Fla. A total of 210 participants will compete at the championships.

Hope gained the automatic berth of the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) by winning the conference tournament. The Flying Dutchmen, coached by Bob Ebels, were also the regular season champions. Hope will be making its eighth trip to the national tournament.
