
Hope College’s Amanda Bandrowski has been chosen as the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Women’s Tennis Player of the Week.
The senior from Traverse City, Michigan (St. Francis HS) is receiving the honor for
the fifth time in her career and the first time this season.
Bandrowski reached the quarterfinals in both singles and doubles play at the Intercollegiate
Tennis Association Central Regional last week.
Bandrowski posted a 3-1 singles record. She also went 3-1 in doubles play with partner
and fellow senior Claire Hallock of Lakeland, Florida (Harrison Center).
This season, Bandrowski owns 6-1 records as a singles and doubles player.
Her 81 singles wins are third-most in team history.
