The nationally-ranked Hope College women’s swimming and diving teams have earned Scholar All-America Team honors for the 2021 fall semester from the College Swimming Coaches Association of America.

Led by head coach Jake Taber, the Flying Dutch qualified by recording a 3.52 team grade point average, while the Flying Dutchmen posted a 3.33 team GPA.

In all, 728 teams from 450 NCAA and NAIA member institutions made the grade.

Greg Earhart, CSCAA’s Executive Director, congratulated both Hope teams on their achievements.

"Coach Taber demonstrates that a team can be successful in the pool and the classroom,” Earhart said. “These 67 men and women are some of the best ambassadors that Hope and the MIAA could ask for."
