Donia Organ Recital

The Hope College Department of Music is pleased to present its annual Donia Organ Recital featuring the internationally acclaimed Chenault Duo with Elizabeth and Raymond Chenault, on Tuesday, February 10, at 7 p.m. at the Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts.

The public is invited and admission is free. Audio and video recording of this performance is strictly prohibited.

Elizabeth and Raymond Chenault are America’s leading duo-organists, renowned for their pioneering work in the performance and expansion of the organ duet repertoire. Noted as “the world’s premiere duo-organ team” by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Chenaults have concertized extensively throughout the United States and Europe, performing at many of the world’s most prestigious venues.

Since beginning their duo career in 1979, the Chenaults have commissioned, arranged and premiered more than 70 organ duets, making a significant historical contribution to a previously underrepresented area of organ literature.

The Donia Organ Recital is made possible through the generous support of the Hope College Tom Donia Memorial Organ Fund, which supports the presentation of outstanding organ performances at Hope.
