University of Michigan Men’s Glee Club

Hope College is pleased to welcome the University of Michigan Men’s Glee Club for a special and free concert open to Hope College and the community on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in the Concert Hall of the Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts.

This concert marks the second of two performances on the ensemble’s 2026 winter tour and offers the Holland community an opportunity to experience one of the nation’s most respected collegiate men’s choirs.

Founded in 1859, the University of Michigan Men’s Glee Club is among the oldest collegiate choral organizations in the United States. The ensemble is known for its longstanding tradition of artistic excellence, national and international touring and performances that showcase choral music from a wide range of styles, languages and musical traditions.

The concert will be conducted by Matthew Abernathy. Audience members are invited to enjoy an afternoon of excellent choral music and to join Hope College in welcoming the University of Michigan Men’s Glee Club to campus.
