Doreen joined the staff at Hope College in 2012. She previously worked as a children's and youth choir director and office manager at her church in Midland, Michigan. Her daughter, Melyn, and her son, Craig, are both recent graduates of Hope College. Doreen and her husband, Roger, moved to Holland to be closer to family and enjoy the beauty of Holland and the surrounding area. Personal interests include music, tennis, reading, and arts/crafts.
