One of Stephanie’s most memorable teaching moments was when a physics student told her “I was watching this movie and they totally got the physics wrong!” The Hope College physics program gives its teachers a well-rounded experience with physics, intended to make them the best subject matter experts possible. Stephanie explained recently that “Dr. Mader talked me into doing summer research which was probably one of the best parts of my educational experience.
