Kim FreyEmployee Development Manager
Kimberly Frey began working as employee development manager at Hope College in January 2015. She creates and implements Hope's new employee orientation and onboarding programs. She is also responsible for employee professional development and training, as well as other employment and event functions in Human Resources.

Kimberly loves being a part of an educational community that is committed to the whole person for both students and employees. She knows that Hope values all individuals and is a place where she can feel good about the work she does.
Outside the college
Spending time with her 5-year-old son is her greatest pastime. They love being outdoors and trying new things.
