The department of French at Hope College will present a panel of students who have recently returned from studying abroad in France and Senegal on Tuesday, Feb. 6, at 4 p.m. in the DeWitt Center Herrick Room.

The public is invited. Admission is free.

The four students will discuss in English their experiences while studying in Paris, Dakar, Rennes and Nantes.

The students who will be speaking are junior Jennifer Birkenholz of West Des Moines, Iowa, who studied in Nantes in the fall of 2006; senior Joshua Cummings of Petoskey, who studied in Paris in the fall of 2006; junior Jennifer Haas of Coldwater, who studied in Rennes in the fall of 2005; and senior Thea Neal of Minneapolis, Minn., who studied in Arles in the summer of 2005 and Dakar in the summer of 2006.

The DeWitt Center is located on Columbia Avenue at 12th Street. The Herrick Room is located at the southwest corner of the building's second floor.
