Athletics
As a member of the MIAA and NCAA Division III associations, Hope College sponsors 22 varsity sports for men and women. The college is home to the 2022 NCAA Division III National Championship women’s basketball team.

Columbia Avenue will be closed between Ninth and 10th Streets from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 24 for Hope College move-in day.

Also, the southernmost eastbound lane of Ninth Street will be closed between College and Columbia Avenues. Traffic on 10th Street between Columbia and College Avenues will be westbound only that day and traffic on 13th Street between Columbia and College Avenues will be eastbound only that day.

There will be no parking from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Columbia Avenue between Ninth and 10th Streets, 10th Street from College to Columbia Avenues and 13th Street from 109 E. 13th St. to Columbia Avenue.
