The Hope College Wind Ensemble will present its fifth annual Halloween Concert on Thursday, Oct. 31, at 7:30 p.m. in Dimnent Memorial Chapel.
The public is invited. Admission is free.
The program will once again be a mix of unusual band works and movie and television tie-ins. This year the Wind Ensemble will be playing “Strange Humors,” by John Mackey, and “Recoil,” by Joseph Schwantner, as well as medleys from “Star Trek,” “Doctor Who” and the “Harry Potter” films. Members of the audience are encouraged to attend in costume, and candy will be available at the end of the concert.
Dimnent Memorial Chapel is located at 277 College Ave., on College Avenue at 12th Street.
