Brief Biography

    Prof. Forester completed 13 grueling years of post-secondary education before taking his first teaching job at Hope College in 1992. Three of those years were abroad (1 year in Germany, 2 in Austria). His research interests include historical linguistics, computer-assisted language learning and materials development. He has co-authored two textbooks, Auf geht’s! Beginning German Language and Culture, and Weiter geht’s! Intermediate German Language and Culture.
