While we wish we could host in-person visits this summer, we are excited to offer a variety of online experiences!

Virtual Open Houses

Each of our Open Houses is designed to offer an overview of our academic programs, student life, and vibrant Christian character. Learn why attending Hope will change your life and why Hope is a place where you will be known! We have several dates planned for you and we know you’ll leave with a solid start to learning all that we offer here at Hope.

The Open House will last approximately 2–3 hours. Below you will find the program layout for each event!

Welcome & Introduction

You will hear from President Matthew Scogin, along with a current student as they welcome you to campus virtually! This is also the time to hear about the other opportunities available during the rest of the event.

Student Panel

A group of current students will share their experiences as a Hope College student and answer any questions you might have.

Session #1: Academic Conversations

Choose between three academic divisions and hear from a panel of faculty members that represent that academic area. Choose between the following: Arts & Humanities, Natural & Applied Sciences or the Social Sciences.

Session #2: Campus Conversations

This session covers a variety of topics related to student life at Hope. Choose between the following: Athletics, Calling & Career or Financial Aid.

Virtual Campus Tour & Meet your Rep

Join us for a virtual tour of campus, a meeting with an admissions representative, or both! A current student will walk you through our 360 campus tour and share their experiences. Meet an admissions representative from our office and ask any lingering questions you might have about Hope.

Individual Visits

Along with hundreds of colleges and universities worldwide, and out of an abundance of caution, we’re taking measures to prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19). These measures include suspending all in-person visits for the time being.

In the meantime, we encourage you to schedule an interactive virtual visit! Visit our Virtual Hope page to learn more and register.

We continue to evaluate our options for on-campus visits, and we’ll let you know as additional opportunities become available. Thank you for your patience!

Between the genuine kindness of the students and faculty and great organization, my visit was better than I could have imagined.
