Athletics
As a member of the MIAA and NCAA Division III associations, Hope College sponsors 22 varsity sports for men and women. The college is home to the 2022 NCAA Division III National Championship women’s basketball team.

Testimonials by outstanding senior students reflecting on their experiences at Hope College were featured during the Hope College Senior Recognition and Women of Color Celebration on Wednesday, April 17.

The students who spoke are seniors: Elena Galano of Ann Arbor; Julia Fulton of Colton, New York; Deborah Kang of Northbrook, Illinois; and Maya Smith of Southfield. Also included in the evening celebration was a senior recognition for all graduating students of color.
