Our cottages and apartments give you the opportunity to spend your summer near the beautiful downtown Holland. You'll be just a short walk away from Holland's outdoor Farmer's Market and only six miles from the State Park beach. We promise you won't be bored while you're here — there's numerous local cafes and restaurants you can choose from every day, a variety of performances put on by the Hope Repertory Theatre and usually a new film series you can catch at the Knickerbocker Theatre right on 8th Street. Holland has definitely become a popular summer destination and our long-term rentals fill up quick; because of this, a one-month stay is the shortest rental option available. Of course, you can always stay longer!

COTTAGES ON CAMPUS

THE COTTAGES

Cottages are available to summer interns only. Cottage options are based on yearly availability. We provide cable, wifi, and twin beds. Utilities are also part of the deal. You provide a television, pots and pans, kitchen utensils and anything else you might need!

Cottage rental rates vary according to availability.

APARTMENTS ON 8th (ish)

THE APARTMENTS

We have five one- to three-bedroom apartments available for rent. Rates are determined on a monthly basis and the apartment's square footage. We provide clean, furnished apartments with a downtown location with parking. All utilities, including wifi, are included in the cost. Deposit is required for new renters.
