We invite you to join other prospective students for a very special Visit Day. We all know Wisconsin isn’t that far from Michigan! In fact, the Lake Express high speed ferry can get you here in just 2½ hours. We’d love to have you as our guest on campus!
David Brady, our admissions representative who works with students from Wisconsin, will be traveling both to and from campus with boat trip participants. This great opportunity will connect you with other students considering Hope College!
Register for Take the Boat to Hope
During this visit you will:
- Learn about Hope's nationally recognized academic programs
- Attend a class
- Explore student life at Hope College
- Have fun!
As an added bonus, Hope will reimburse the entire round trip ferry ticket, as well as all food and lodging during your stay.
Purchasing Your Ferry Ticket
Call Lake Express to purchase your ferry ticket (departing Milwaukee at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, 9/26, and returning Friday, 9/27 at 4:45 p.m.). We’ll have a reimbursement check when you arrive here at Hope. Note: as an Accompanied Minor (17 & under), you may purchase a $89 round trip ticket vs. the $184 round trip Adult ticket.
If you are purchasing the Accompanied Minor ticket, you will need to complete the Travel Authorization Form, have it notarized and fax (231.755.2427) it to Lake Express before booking a reservation. You will also need to present this form when picking up a boarding pass from the agent on the day of departure. You’ll need to mention Hope College when booking to receive this special ticket pricing.
