Approach to Wellness
KJ (she/her) knows wellness is different for everybody, but she believes dedicating time to relaxing and doing things for enjoyment is vital. Sometimes KJ needs to connect with friends and family to feel well; other times she needs to spend time on her own to take care of herself.
Why I Love Hope
KJ loves the team at CAPS and loves working with students at Hope. As a social worker, it is especially meaningful to her that Hope students have access to so many helpful resources on campus.
