Faculty Scholarship and Creative Performance
Contributing to the body of knowledge in the academic disciplines is a core value of Hope College.
In order to pursue truth, renew the mind, enrich the disciplines and transform culture, scholarship must be shared. The library is committed to sharing faculty scholarship and creative endeavor as widely as possible through open access publishing, archiving in the institutional repository and by publishing an annual record of faculty scholarship and creative performance.
Faculty Bibliography
Beginning in 2018, the Faculty Bibliography is generated using the Faculty Activity Reporting (FAR) system.
Digital Commons
Hope College Digital Commons collects, preserves and shares the scholarly and creative work of the Hope community. It serves as the college's institutional repository and promotes discovery and research by providing open access to a wide range of digital resources created by Hope faculty, students and staff.
The Hope College Open Access Policy requires that faculty submit the author's accepted manuscript for peer-reviewed articles.
