Hope Summer Repertory Theatre, a professional theatre company entering its 29th year, is seeking children to perform in the company's production of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat," by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice.
Hope Summer Repertory Theatre, a professional theatre company entering its 29th year, is seeking children to perform in the company's production of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat," by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice.
Auditions will be held on Saturday, March 25, in
the DeWitt Center main theatre on Hope College's campus.
Boys and girls ages 6-12 are encouraged to audition for
these singing roles. Auditions for 6-8 year olds will be
from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m, and auditions for 9-12 year olds are
from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m..
Children do not need to come with anything
prepared. Approximately 12 children will be asked to be
part of the show.
Rehearsals will begin on Saturday, June 3, and the
show opens on Friday, June 16. The show is performed as
part of a rotating repertory through the end of July.
