The Dordt College Concert Choir of
Sioux Center, Iowa, will perform at Hope College on
Thursday, Jan. 11, at 7:30 p.m. in Dimnent Memorial Chapel.
The public is invited. Admission is free,
although a freewill offering will be collected during the
event.
The Concert Choir is a select group of 50
vocalists who perform choral masterworks, and premiere new
compositions and arrangements. The choir has been directed
by Benjamin Kornelis since 1994.
The choir tours extensively throughout the United
States and Canada. The choir is visiting Hope as part of
the group's annual Winter Tour, which this year includes
performances in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Illinois and
Iowa.
Dimnent Memorial Chapel is located on College
Avenue at 12th Street.
