The annual spring Student Dance Concerts at Hope College will be presented on Monday and Tuesday, April 19 and 20, at 8 p.m. at the Knickerbocker Theatre.

The public is invited. Admission is free.

Most of the works being presented are from students enrolled in "Beginning Composition," and will vary on each night. The last two works on the program will be presented both nights, and are by students in "Advanced Composition."

The pieces specific to Monday's concert are: "Skellig," choreographed by Johnah Archer; "Parting," choreographed by Ginny Trover; "Floored," choreographed by Liz Darrow; "Moving On," choreographed by Julia Wylie; "Fuming from Within," choreographed by Chelsea Brown; "Don't Cry," choreographed by Amy McEwan; "Reality," choreographed by Bethanie Grace Bomers; "Behind the Smile," choreographed by Teresa VanDenend; "Here," choreographed by Mari Stuppy; "La Bataille Classique," choreographed by Lauren E. March; "The Journey," choreographed by Nicole Herbst; "Circle of Faith," choreographed by Alison Rickey; "Ribbon of Green," choreographed by Anna Pusinelli; "Broken Ties United," choreographed by Madeline Crist; "Storm Before the Calm," choreographed by Jeffrey Kurtze; "Separate Unity," choreographed by Katie Lewis; "Wisdom's Song," choreographed by Renee Jehl; "Pressure," choreographed by Molly Hamel; "Evolution," choreographed by Matthew Farmer; "Unknown Forecast," choreographed by Kelly Vance; "Obstructed Ascent," choreographed by Jessi Yokas; and "Voices Unheard," choreographed by Sona Smith.

The pieces being featured on Tuesday are: "Ordinary Occurrences," choreographed by Jamie Thompson; "Berarah," choreographed by Dawn Flandermeyer; "Squirrelly-Gig," choreographed by Jessica Nelson; "Scattin'," choreographed by Jennifer Gabhart; "Bachballet?," choreographed by Nicole Morell; "Agent in Black," choreographed by Emily Liang; "Disection," choreographed by Jessica Mumford; "Cacti Elasti," choreographed by Rebeka Fleck; "Dividing Twilight," choreographed by Katie Budris; "Natural Born Rebel," choreographed by Rebecca H. Patton; "Flux," choreographed by Peter Hammer; "And Behold," choreographed by Lindsay Brown; "Heme," choreographed by Sarah Gardner; and "Independent," choreographed by Amanda Gardynik.

The "Advanced Composition" works being presented on both nights are: "Inside the Fortress of Solitude," choreographed by Kara Wilson; and "Hey Love," choreographed by Tim Heck.

The production's coordinators are Maxine DeBruyn and Steven Iannacone of the Hope dance faculty. Erik Alberg is technical director and sound board operator, Kristi Szczepanek is light board operator, and stage manager is Michael Dominiak. The concert program is by Joyce Otto.

The Knickerbocker Theatre is located in downtown Holland at 86 E. 8th St.
