The ninth annual Women of Color Celebration at Hope College will be held on Wednesday, March 29, and will feature testimonials by four Hope seniors.
The dinner event will be held on Wednesday, March 29, at 5 p.m. in the Maas Center auditorium. Testimonials will be shared by seniors Jennifer Blackman of Holland; Emily Liang of Holland; Cathy Martyn of Wheaton, Ill.; and Sarah Quesada-Lubbers of Athens, Ga., and Queretaro, Mexico.
Tickets cost $7 for the general public, $5 for Hope faculty and staff, and $2 for all students. Tickets will be sold through Thursday, March 16, and are available from the college's Office of Multicultural Life, located in room 107 of the Martha Miller Center for Global Communication.
The Martha Miller Center is located on Columbia Avenue at 10th Street. The Maas Center is located on Columbia Avenue at 11th Street.
