Hope College celebrated “One Big Weekend” on Friday–Sunday, Oct. 19–21, with multiple events open to the public and activities for alumni and the families of current students.
The weekend included a variety of academic and arts events, athletic contests, a Donut Run 5K benefiting Dance Marathon, a family-friendly cookout, recognition of 10 young alumni who are receiving awards from the Hope College Alumni Association, the traditional freshman-sophomore Nykerk Cup competition, and activities ranging from a “Hope on 8th Street” event, to the 25-year reunion for the Class of 1993, to multiple affinity gatherings.
