CLIFTONSTRENGTHS FINDER

Taking the CliftonStrengths assessment will offer insight into your top five personal strengths. Hope College uses CliftonStrengths in many places throughout campus. Building an understanding of your top five strengths can assist in your overall academic achievement and your leadership development, and can impact your career choices.

PATHWAYU

PathwayU is an assessment that uses values, interests, personality and workplace preferences to determine career paths with which you have a strong match. It then points you toward majors at Hope College that will help prepare you for that type of work. Your results are immediate and it may be helpful for you to make an appointment with BCCC staff to help process and understand the information.

Each assessment is completed online and you will be given access through the Boerigter Center. It is best if you make an appointment through Handshake to meet with a staff member to determine which assessment(s) would be a good fit for you. Email assessments@hope.edu with any questions.

If you have already taken one or more assessments we recommend making an appointment with a staff member. This will help you make the most of the information as you apply it to major and career discernment, vocation and calling.
