Course material returns are accepted through the end of the drop/add period.

All items must be in the original purchased condition and uncompromised. After this date, returns are no longer allowed unless you have proof of an approved dropped class from Hope College Administration.

If any course ordered materials are left unclaimed three weeks after the drop/add date (or more than one month after the order date), a 25% restocking fee will be charged.

To return your textbooks & Course Materials

Login to your account at bookstore.hope.edu and navigate to your orders. Find the order and indicate which items you would like to return by filling out the form provided. Next, stop by the Hope College Bookstore during open hours with your textbook and provide a staff member with your RMA number. The staff member will be able to approve your return, and your refund will be processed within three to five days depending on your bank’s policy. 

If you have missed the end of the return period, you are encouraged to attempt to sell back your books during Book Buyback at the end of each semester.
