Student Involvement

Successful community-based projects require the involvement of a group of individuals with a diverse set of skills to ensure projects are implemented at a high level and that the project is carried on by the community after the partnership ends.

Successful projects require quality engineering, personal interaction and project management. This is why our group strives to diversify its membership. Students with interest in any of the following niches are welcome to join:

  • Community/humanitarian work
  • Business/bookkeeping
  • Photography/storytelling
  • Engineering
  • Interest in water quality (chemistry/biology)
  • Interest in public health (nursing/pre-med)
  • Leadership

Mentor Involvement

We are always interested in expanding our mentor pool and invite both practicing engineers and non-engineering professionals to get involved with our chapter.
