Commencement Ceremony

Graduation candidates wear caps and gowns and sit together as a class. Do not decorate or alter your caps or gowns. Arrive in cap and gown no later than 2:30 p.m. to line up.

The ceremony lasts approximately two hours. No tickets are needed for this venue, and the ceremony will be live streamed.

The rain or inclement weather location for the Commencement Ceremony is DeVos Fieldhouse.

We monitor weather forecasts through Sunday morning, when a final decision will be made about the location of Commencement. If a decision is made to change venues, information will be shared at:

Tickets

Tickets are required only if the ceremony is held at the DeVos Fieldhouse (in the event of inclement weather). Graduation candidates may request up to four (4) tickets for guests. Get ticket information online.

LIVE STREAM

Commencement will be streamed online and broadcast live at the Jack H. Miller Center for Musical Arts for those that aren't able to get tickets for DeVos Fieldhouse.
