Hope is atop the MIAA all-sports standings in
every category after the fall season.
This year for the first time the MIAA will present separate
awards for the best cumulative finish in men's and women's sports
as well as an award for the best cumulative finish in all league
sports (men and women).
The separate awards will be known as the Men's All-Sports
Award and the Women's All-Sports Award while the cumulative award
will be known as the Commissioners' Cup.
At the end of the fall season Hope was leading in all-sports
points, the men's standings and women's standings.
The all-sports standings are: 1. Hope 97, 2. Kalamazoo 78,
3. Calvin 77, 4. Albion 76, 5. Alma 52, 5. Olivet 52, 7. Adrian
32 and Defiance 17.
The men's sports standings are: 1. Hope 40, 2. Albion 36, 3.
Alma 34, 3. Calvin 34, 5. Kalamazoo 33, 6. Olivet 27, 7. Adrian
17, 8. Defiance 3.
