The Hope College Events and Conferences Office, best known as ECO, is dedicated to providing the finest service with the intention of creating convenient and comfortable spaces for events and other happenings at Hope College.
We are committed to working together as a staff and with the rest of campus to provide professional and detailed care, in a manner that supports Hope’s mission.
Our team also has a commitment to involve students in the process of crafting the ultimate experience for our guests, whether they’re members of the Hope community, summer conference guests or long-time supporters of our arts and athletic performances.

An average of 228 bookings are made each day via EMS campus software for scheduling and booking events, meetings, weddings, classrooms and conferences.

Hope students are the heart of the Events and Conferences Office and are involved in everything from tickets and events to A/V set-up, summer conferences and design work.

We host approximately 61 camps and conferences every summer from May to August.

The Events and Conferences Office sells tickets to most events on campus, averaging more than one per day. We also staff these events.
