Staff Advisory Group

The Staff Advisory Group provides input and advises Human Resources about issues and decisions that impact employee experience and culture.

As college governance structures provide a place for faculty input and involvement, the intention is to create a pipeline of listening and dialogue between Human Resources, administration and our staff.

Group members are a point of contact and resource to all staff on campus. They consult and collaborate with Human Resources and Culture and Inclusive Excellence to advocate, inform and increase awareness.

The committee strives to meet three times per year, once during each of the fall semester, winter semester and spring/summer. Committee members serve 2-year terms (the inaugural year is staggered from 1–3 years).
