Lofted Bed Assembly

Assembly Instructions

1. Assemble the bed section containing two end frames and the mattress platform. (This should already be assembled when you arrive.)
   
   
2. Assemble the loft section with two end frames and the stabilizer bar placed against the wall. Check to be sure the hooks of the stabilizer bar (pictured) are seated fully onto rods inside the frame pieces and securely connected to the frames.
   
   
3. Place a pin into each of the bottom posts. Some beds have pre-formed pegs on the frame posts.
   
   
4. Lift the assembled bed section up and onto the posts, inserting the pins into the bottoms of the bed section’s posts.
   
   
5. Place the mattress onto the bed frame.
   
   
6. Place the Safety Rail on the outside of the mattress frame, securing with bolts if applicable.

Bunked Beds

Bunked beds use both bed frame assemblies and do not need a stabilizer bar. (Safety rail is absent in this photo.)
