Barre is a full-body, low-impact workout that blends strength training, balance and flexibility. We will use small, controlled movements at the ballet barre and on the mat, all performed to the beat of the music. This class focuses on high-repetition exercises that build muscle endurance, improve posture and strengthen the core. Modifications are offered, making barre accessible to all fitness levels!

Vinyasa yoga is a flow-based style that connects one posture to another and combines movement with breath. The heart rate rises, and the mind begins to quiet, allowing for deepening awareness and moving meditation. The class is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced yogis. Please bring a yoga mat.

Yin-yasa is a blend of vinyasa yoga and yin yoga. It begins with moving the body, warming the muscles and connecting to breath, and then slows down to the long-held postures of yin yoga, allowing the body, heart and mind to open and rest. Suitable for beginners as well as the more experienced yogis. Please bring a yoga mat.
