Rates are determined by the Business Services Office at the beginning of each calendar year. The Business Services Office maintains the official housing rates. Project rates are included below for budgeting purposes; rates are increased at 10% annually in line with previous historical increases.  Hope College provides a 50% discount for summer student researchers (indicated in parentheses).
