GET Mobile Ordering is Hope College's online food ordering app that allows you to order meals and snacks from Kletz Market by using your mobile device.

Account Management

With GET Mobile you can easily manage your student or faculty account right from the app! Maintain your Dining Dollars, add funds in real-time, or review recent transactions to always stay up to date with your spending.

Use a link below to download GET Mobile based on your device.
Open the app and select Hope College.
Use your Hope College username and password to sign in.
Set up a pin and add funds as needed.
Place your first order!

Apple Users
Download GET Mobile through the App Store.

Android Users
Download GET Mobile through Google Play.

PLACING A MOBILE ORDER

Follow these steps to place your first order or watch our complete GET Mobile tutorial video above!

Log into GET Mobile with your pin.
Select Order from the home screen.
Choose a valid vendor and pickup time, then select Continue.
Begin adding items to your cart.
Tap View Cart to review your order.
Choose a payment method and Place Order.
Review your pickup time.
Arrive at Kletz Market, check the receipt for your name, and enjoy!

Pro Tips

Save 10% on your GET Mobile orders when using Dining Dollars.
Use your Meal Plan Dining Dollars first; they do not roll over each semester like Self-Funded Dining Dollars.
Online orders must be at least $1.00.

OTHER APP FEATURES

Accounts

Add or request Self-Funded Dining Dollars from the Accounts tab.
Review current Meal Plan and Self-Funded Dining Dollar balances from the Home tab.
Add a valid Credit Card under Accounts for additional payment options.
Add a profile photo for more personalization.

Orders

Ordering available up to 7-days in-advance.
Review and reorder your recent orders from the Order tab.
Specific menu items such as pizzas and quesadillas allow you to customize your toppings.
