Driver Authorization

In order to drive Hope motor pool vehicles, students and guest drivers must become authorized through the Driver Authorization Program.

The first step in this process is to have the supervisor or group advisor of the potential driver submit a request for the driver to be authorized by completing the form below.

After Transportation receives the required information, the potential driver will be emailed with instructions on the remainder of the process. The supervisor or group advisor will be copied on the initial email sent to the requested driver(s).
