On-Campus Spring Housing Change Process
(Deadline is November 4, 2016)

Please complete this form if you are checking out of on-campus housing or returning from an off-campus study program and need on-campus housing. If you are not making any changes in your on-campus housing, you do not have to submit a form.

Spring Housing Application

* If you are currently living on-campus and would like to request a housing change, you must meet with your resident director or residential life coordinator to start this process.

To Plan Ahead:
* Check-Out is 24 hours after your final exam or by 5 p.m. Friday, December 16, 2016. You must sign up for a check-out with your RD/RLC 24 hours in advance. Failure to do will result in an improper checkout fine.

* If you are currently living on-campus and approved to move to other on-campus housing, you will move to your new housing assignment; 5-7 p.m. Friday, December 16th, 9--11 a.m. Saturday, December 17th, or if coordination can be made between roommates and RD/RLC. All moves must be completed by 11 am on Saturday, December 17th.

* If you are moving into on-campus for the spring semester, check-in is at the Student Development Office; 12 noon - 3 p.m. Saturday, January 7, 2017. Please do not plan on arriving before this date/time.

*Please note, if you have an opening in your room, apartment, or cottage, the space may be used to house a student or you may be asked to move in with another person in a comparable living environment (a.k.a." consolidate"), so we can meet the requests of students who want to live together.
*Applications for Off-Campus or Parent-Commuter Status are not considered for the Spring Semester.
